Giving Thanks

Life is hard if you’re doing it right.

You make the difficult choices.

You don’t go the easy way all the time.

You practice not giving in to temptation.

You place Listing over Commenting.

You modulate your Anxiety and your Anger.

You are Engaged.

You practice Restraint.

You LIVE with pain and failure and don’t ACT it out.

You live Deliberately instead of reactively.

You try to give Unconditional Positive Regard.

You tell your loved ones “thank you” and “I’m sorry”.

You know how to just STOP and do nothing once in a while.

So let yourself be thankful for these things that you do…

and for the people in your life that you do them for.

Happy Thanksgiving!

  1. It is because of you I do all of this! God bless you and your family on this special day of gratitude. You have made all the difference in my life and now it is time for me to pay it forward.

    My best,

    Nancy
